		<description>Great mention of the newspapers like the S. FL Sun-Sentinel that are not reporting its own layoffs.  If any other industry was reducing its workforce, we'd see massive headlines.  I'm all for letting employees know first about staff reductions but a campaign of denial hardly raises optimism about the industry.  I guess the hope is that the upcoming layout revisions will convince readers that there aren't fewer reporters.   Good luck!</description>
